I've been playing around with what programs are best while on CBL… And I've been using a sort of Poliquin Intensity/Accumulation training, mixed with a Layne Norton P.H.AT weekly split… Some guys out there are gonna be like WTF is this guy talking about. And I apologize for splitting your brain matter in two!!!! But I've been getting great results so far. Before I go into further detail, where are my hardcore lifters who are familiar with both?
