I'll keep this short… new to this forum and definitely hoping for a solid group of people. The two diets illustrated on this site are not on the easier side for most so I'm hoping that means a higher quality of members. Most sites have too many self proclaimed know it all's. If there is anything I have learned being into fitness is you never know everything and you are always learning. Shoot your body even changes so you have to adjust what you do if it does.I have been into fitness for a decent amount of years and I have trained clients of all kinds for self betterment and for contests. I myself have been in a bodybuilding comp just because it seemed like the thing to do. I was a huge fat ass most of my life and got over 300lbs which isn't pretty for someone of 5'10". On stage I was 185 at 3% and after two years my body has been all over the place, I was searching for something like this diet and here we are.That was longer than I planned so...
