Hi everyone!First heard of CBL and Kiefer from Robb Wolfs podcast. Was eating/still am somewhat paleoish most of the time. Really like the whole science side of CBL and CN as well as the no BS approach of Kiefer and his guests(podcast) So I decided to give CBL(SA) a shot in my ongoing quest for more muscle mass and less body fat.My first week in but not sure of my plan so will post what I eat in the logs later. Like the fact that there is alot of people on the forums willing to help eachother hopefully I can as well!
