My opinion is you cant put a price on health & knowledge. Buy the book, get the info, feed your mind, and better your body. Simple.

I have every intention of buying the book.  I am just going to hold off on the idea for the time being.  Money is tight because the US Government is preventing me from accepting employment.  This sucks especially when I have a well paying job offer where I just need to sign the dotted line but instead I'm stuck at home.

I think that's a bit shitty that you don't get a free upgrade to CBL 2.0 whenever it is ready to come out but that's not up to me to decide.I wonder if a mod will read this and give me access to the CBL forums for me to read about with intention to buy the book on its release?I am not in desperate need of switching and if the release date is in ~6 weeks I will just hold out my purchase until then. Thanks again for the advice  🙂You are absolutely right CBach, CBL without the book is crazy.  As all I am looking to do right now is school up on it, I will sift through what i can from the forums which i can see now and get into the tube casts.  Once CBL 2.0 comes out I will snap it up (fingers crossed on a 24hr special or something). It might be a good thing that I have this "delay" anyway even though as much as I would like to get into CBL it may be better that I stick with CNS for a little while longer  🙂 😉

Mods can't give you access the CBL forums.  Only the admins can.  I would buy the book if it were me.  The upgrade cost will likely not be that much and also you should consider the fact that the new version will cost more than the version that is out now.  It will likely cost the same if you buy it now and upgrade later as it would to just buy the new version when it comes out.  I am also skeptical that the release date will be anytime soon.

At the moment, I cant buy the book cos until I get my EAD from Dept of Homeland Security I am not allowed to accept a job. However I am going to start CBL.I've been reading the shit out of the forums and watching the tubecasts....I have Protein, Leucine, Creatine, Caffeine, Dextrose, MCT Oil, Coconut Oil.Workout times seem to be straight forward as well as when to backload and when not to backload.I plan to backload 4 times per week.  As a rough guide to the backload amount I'm going to aim for 220-270g of carbs spaced over 2-3 hrs.How hard could it be right?

Its been an interesting few days thus far…I think I may have overshot on my macros on two backload days and two ULC days..As of today I am keeping a food diary for better analysis of what I'm doing/not doing. Results have been:Day 1 (BL) - Chest/Tri - Gain 3 poundsDay 2 (BL) - Squat - Gain 3 pounds (I ate the same food for both backload's)Day 3 (ULC) - 30min HIIT - No changeDay 4 (ULC) - Rest - Gain 1 poundDay 5 (BL) - 30min HIIT/Back/Bi No changeDay 6 (BL) - This is today and hasn't yet happened.  30min HIIT/DeadliftsSo far today this is my food diary:6:30am - Coffee, tsp Coconut Oil, 15ml HWC, 4mg Nicotine Gum.10:00am - Coffee, 15ml HWC.1:30pm - 2 bacon strips, 2 scrambled eggs (HWC), 6 cherry tomato's.2:30pm - 4mg Nicotine Gum.I plan to have a protein shake with 100ml HWC, 400ml Water & 5g Creatine at 4:30pmOn the way to the gym (~6pm) Jack3d & Creatine & Nicotine Gum for HIIT session.30-60min rest.Jack3d & Creatine for Deadlift and assistance etc.Protein, Dextrose, Creatine, Leucine PWO 15-30min after.  Not sure about what I am having for backload.Last night's backload consisted of:Protein, Dextrose, Creatine, Leucine PWO 15-30min after.  Burger from Steak n Shake /w large Fries 30-45min after.Handful jellybeans (1/3 180g pack) 30min after.3 Donuts & medium Strawberry Milkshake (also from Steak n Shake) 30min after)I slept great and woke up feeling good.Questions:1) "Last night's" backload ok?2) Am I eating enough during the day of backloading based on what I have listed?3) Roughly how much protein and fat on ULC days? When I am lifting weights I am doing it with 100% effort and earning my carbs so to speak.Goal: Maximum balance of fat loss and muscle gain. Please don't reply with "buy the book"  🙂Thanks!
