I’m redoing the prep no workouts until day three when I did a moderate volume leg workout Meadows style.

Today is day 4 yesterday eve was the leg workout. My last meal was at around 11:15pm…slept in woke up at 9am…had Acc Shake at 9:15am…and tried to hold my first meal to after the 12hr fasting mark. Started getting extremely hungry at 10:30am and decided I must eat at 10:45am. I had 2 boiled eggs one egg white and a fatty beef stick. About 15-20minutes later my stomach started killing me! I mean lay down double over pain. Might be tmi but finally had diarrhea and after got really weak and shaky! Now my stomach is still Killing me & when I eat it’s worse.

I have actually had this happen a few times to me. Anyone else? Or ideas why? Would an earlier backload help? I would like to go the full 10 days but maybe it’s a bad idea? The idea of something fatty right now makes me wanna puke lol!

    Thanks.

The accelerator shake, what exactly did you use?

What I always use…1 Tbs coconut oil…10g whey ISO…1 cup black coffee.

Heck all I can figure is I got some bad eggs…but sometimes my stomach hurts in the am when ULC…but never this bad. I mean the shake was 5hrs ago and stomach still hurts!

I ask because I didn’t know if the overload of fat at one time did a reaction, but the eggs may have been bad.

Ok have u had trouble with the shake b4? It may be weird but it seems like if I use not quite a full 1Tbs more like 3/4 Tbs I’m fine but if I do 1tbs or a heaping one it’ll upset it…

Some folks can’t tolerate that much in one sitting, even as small as 1 tbsp. Plus cooking any eggs in it.

I normally do two Accelerator shakes if I feel hunger (which I allways do 2 hourse later).

    1st – upon wakening
2nd – 2-3hours later at coffe break at work, 2nd one I sometimes exchange 10g whey for a piece of 10% fat cheese (50g or so to get about 10-15g of protein) to fill up with something solid but still get a slow release of protein and prevent insulin from spiking.

Keeps hunger controlled, keeps the furnace burning and allows me to down a little bit more in afternoon and evening (saving calories for later) 🙂

I had severe issues downing the coco fat the first couple of weeks – dihorrea. Had to cut back and slowly learn my body to accept the high fats in the diet. Well slowly is over statement – took about 2 weeks for body to “accept” going from very low fat to pretty high fat (I mean this dies is not THAT crazy high in fat as i.e. LCHF)

I have been avoiding fat my entire life (0.1% milk, 10% cheese, cutting of all the fat on beef, never eating fatty meat, small portions of sauce which are fatty a.s.o.) and my stomach still rumbles after 5 months from the fat content but it manages to keep it at least 🙂

Yea boogieman apparently my body is having a time adjusting…lately tho I’ve been scooping up a tbs of CO then taking my finger and scooping a tiny bit out again might be a minutely smaller amount but honestly it is a huge difference and no problems the last few days!

And also I just hit day 6 ULC and already feel like the mental lethargy is gone. Days 3 and 4 where rough but now I feel like my body is more comfortable burning fat as fuel.

I just want to add that with coconut oil, you are not just getting the digestive effect from the fat.

There are entire books written about the health benefits of coconut oil (I own one of them, but there are many on Amazon). It is said to be antiviral, antibacterial, antimicrobial. So you can be getting some “die-off” effects, a cleaning out of things that have been hanging out in your digestive tract. This is good, but CAN be done too quickly and create very unpleasant symptoms. Some people have to start as low as maybe 1 TEAspoon per day, and work their way up.

Thanks for the input Curious. So, I suppose u could say I’m doing a bit of a cleanse because I definitely got “cleaned out!” Lol!

And I know CO is an awesome product with a myriad of health benefits!…just need to brush up on all of the pluses.
