Hi,Sorry for the silly question but I'm new to lifting (but not resistance training) and starting out slow. On the Shockwave app for the iphone there are exercises with barbells and ones with dumbbells, On the ones with barbells I enter the total weight, but on the ones with the dumbbells should I be entering the individual dumbbell weight or the weight of the two dumbbells combined? Or does it really matter as long as I'm consistent?
