Saturday & Sunday lay low. Starting BW 296 current BW 283. Leaning out some and #'s climbing. GOALS, solid 275 class, raw division, bigger totals. 6 weeks into a 12 week peak. Meet day March 30, 2014.AM lifter and NO changing this fact. Wife & my boys get my PMs. 0330 wake, 0400 Gaspari Superdrive & Detonate XT, Train 0415-0600ish, Hypertrophic Potentiator Formula1 shake while packing up, 30 minutes later Ignition Formula 1, 1130 lunch meat, veggies, fish oils & vitamins, 1530ish low to no carb protein drink or amino drink, 1800-1900 very low carb dinner, 2030-2100 crap carb feast. sleep and do it again. Following page 314 as closely as possible. And page 312 on Saturday & Sunday.At this point, I am very satisfied. But more can be better. Critique please.
