guitarjonParticipantPersonally, I'd be inclined to think it's the high fat content during the ULC parts of the day. I know that my ULC meals are considerably greasier than they were before I started backloading. I usually feel like I need to wash my face after a ULC meal…I'm not a sloppy eater, it's just hard not to get some of the grease on my face whether I'm cooking the food or just eating it.

webbyMemberI don't think that has anything to do with it. Since I started CBL it's caused a patch of eczema near to my left eye to flare up. I'd not had any issues for years before I started this way of eating.

My back loads are pretty much dextrose, jasmine rice, baked potato, mashed potato and jelly beans.

I also think that it has to do with the increased fat content -- just not in the way you suggest here. There have been studies performed that suggest that diets higher in fat, in combination with weight/resistance training, result in increased testosterone levels. And often, an increase in testosterone levels can result in things like cases of acne.

just a question, how old are you and are you supplementing with anything O-t-c, like tribulus?

FairyGuestEr, just adding some more speculation to the mix: I think it might be the insulin highs

Brandon D ChristParticipantYou also may want to look into peanuts. I get acne when I eat peanuts. I think mrJiggly is on to something though.
