Me and a couple buddies are starting the base mesocycle tomorrow. We will be squatting Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Advice on which nights to backload? I hear it’s a brutal program so would eating carbs every night be beneficial? I was planning on sticking to white rice and potatoes (white and sweet) most nights except on Thursday nights. I was planning on eating everything in sight for the back-to-back sessions. My main goal is to get stronger. I’m 5’11” 185 now, around 13-14% BF. Not too concerned with the body fat decreasing but then again it is summer time and I don’t want to blow up. Any advice, suggestions or shared experience would be helpful. Thanks
