I'd like to try and knock two birds with one stone. If I can get it done, I'm willing to do it. If not, I'll finish the cycle and find a solidification cycle for the gains and then lose bf.All you guys, thanks for the feedback.

If you are going to do Smolov then I wouldn't even think about trying to lose BF.It could happen from simply increasing muscle mass but I wouldn't make it a main goal.

I agree. Its very hard, not impossible to get hulk strength which I'm sure you want to and lose body fat.  Some will tell you you need to be in a caloric surplus for the strength gains you want.  Unfortunately that comes with a price.I say, run your cycle, then worry about losing some afterwards. This is not to say you can eat whatever you want whenever you want. Keep it as clean as possible.

I am on Smolov junior right now and I am having some very good success with it.  I havn't heard a lot of positive things about Smolov.  A lot people simply can't handle it because it something designed for pros that do nothing but eat and lift.  I have heard that if you are gonna try it to use 90% of your max as your training max like you do in 5/3/1.
