Would most of you say that anecdotally, having one night of drinking say, spirits, wasnt too bad on your fatloss goals?Im dying to go out and drink as that's all people do around here. Just once a week would be nice.. It is affecting my social life substantially.
I've been able to drink heavily 1-2 nights per week and still lose fat. I go regular ULC for lunch and then at dinner go ULC and low-fat(usually chicken breast or fish with some low-fat veggie maybe). I just make sure I get enough protein in for the day. With this, I lose fat very quickly along with adhering to CBL the rest of the week.
