Just reading this string..I train early morning, 6:30am and the only thing I have is my nicotine gum (just started) and coffee pre workout...then after workout, I should be having the PWO protein shake even if it has carbs (4g)? Or am I better off remaining fasted. I have been fasting all morning up until now. I do another nicotine gum right after my workout with coffee. I don't do creatine until evening with my carbs.So, PWO with minimal carbs or no? And, what is my time/window for the PWO, 1 hour?I should mention, my goal at this point is fat loss. I CF and lift heavy.Thanks!
