G'day.As the title says, I'm new as of today as I'm on day 1 of CN.Read the CN book over the Christmas Break ( xmas present to myself ;D) and now home from holidays. My name is Dave, I'm 42 and I'm from Victoria, Australia, My weight this morning is 101.1Kg (222 lb)Body fat percentage approx 25 - 30 %(used the chart on http://www.vitalitypower4u.com )Height is 6ft or 183cmGoal is to lose some fat and get some strength backTraining experience is basic gym workouts with not much detail,I was on a low carb program a few years ago and was quite successful with loosing almost 25kgs but a change in employment to shiftwork and a relocation put me out of dedication for about the last 2 years and I've regained about 10kgs. So having heard about CN success I thought I'd have a red hot go again at the low carb lifestyle( much to my wife's dismay) and try get some serious results.I'll also start a log to keep track of the foods I'm eating and weights I'm going to push so hopefully we'll all see some positive results in the near future.Thanks for reading and I look forward to being apart of the team.
