First off.. My name is Jesse. I have been doing CarbNite since March 3rd. I have had 5 carbnites since I started, my next will be Sunday. I have read the book twice. I do believe I fully understand the concept. When I started I was 280 with the hopes of reaching my goal weight of 250. I managed to drop 10lbs within the first 11 days. Since then I gained 4lb,  I have been stuck at 274. I'm a powerlifter in training. I do HIIT Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday as well as lift heavy. Thursday and Friday I do accessory movements. My day starts like so.Wake 6:30AM : Water, Coffee with HWC 1-2 tbsp + multi vitamins.Fast until 9:00AM. Eat my pre made 5 slices of bacon with 4 whole eggs cooked in CO 1 1/2 tbsp. Break 10:30 AM: Coffee dab of milk 2%Lunch 12:30PM: Some kind of meat (Chicken/Pork/Beef) not sure the weight of serving. Break 2:30PM : 1 scoops of protein power (Power whey vanilla) & some pepperoni chips 14 slices and a little chunk of cheese. Gym 5PM: HIIT 20 minutes, weights. Home 7PM: I'll have a shake with 1 scoop of protein and some HWC 1-2 tbsp and 4 caps of Kre-Alkalyn from EFXDinner 7:30ish: Some kind of meat (Chicken/Pork/Beef) not sure the weight of serving. Bed around 10 - 10:30PM. Some days I will have a looooot of coffee, just because I love it. I also drink a shit ton of water.

A carbnite is:Wake 6:30: Water, Coffee, Multi Vitamins.Fast till 8-9AM: 4 whole eggs, no oils some waterBreak. Iced Coffee homemade with a scoop of whey. No sugar or any nasty shit. Lunch: Some kind of meat (Chicken/Pork/Beef) not sure the weight of serving. Break: Coffee/waterGym 5PM. Light weight training, dynamic lifts,. Start with 50g of karbolyn http://ca.bodybuilding.com/store/aap/karbolyn.html?_requestid=3071572  and 4 caps of Kre-Alkalyn from EFX Then cook meat with rice or potatoes Water.bag of chips or mini doughnuts 6-7 of them little bastards Water. Left over rice, doughnuts or chips, one or the other, WaterBed 10PM :glass of milk with some whey.

That is my week, so to speak. I feel like I have more fat... could be loose skin from burning fat. I currently do not have a way to measure my BF. Only by the mirror.. I feel good, but I think I am gaining BF. I could be crazy. I know I need to track Macros and cals, just looking for some motivation. When I very first started my weight loose journey August of last year, I was 350lbs and never lifted a weight in my life. Now I'm 24yo, 6'4 Male ,267lb and can squat 365, deadlift 400 and bench 225 :D. Any help would be great. My goal is to gave some kind of ab(s) by August.

Congrats on the progress you've made! Both losing weight and the numbers you're lifting, that's impressive. Now as for the nutrition, why are you having a scoop of protein powder mid day? In my opinion, unless used as a PWO Shake (for that amount) it's a recipe for stalling, and spiking insulin when you don't want it at that time. Now my second thing, is macros or tracking, while it's not completely necessary to track every little thing, but knowing what you're eating and how much truly helps progress. If you can get a general idea, you'll be good. You could be either a) undereating or b)training too much while on CNS. 3 HIIT sessions a week is not needed with lifting, try doing it 1-2 days post-CN and keep lifting heavy during the week. Keep that to 3-4x a week though.

Thanks’ for the advice, Tex. I'll only do HIIT Monday and Tuesdays. I'll definitely start eating more solid protein and cut all protein powders out, except for a post-workout shake (1-scoop with water and some HWC). What about my Carbnite? Does that look good to you? Thanks again. 8)

A CN is truly not a big concern unless the ULC meals, training, and stressors are in order during the week, however to answer your question, it does look fine.
