1. Post-workout, 2:1 ratio of whey isolates to casein (my personal preference). You could do 1:1, though. I am just going by what has worked for me, based on Flex magazine recommendation.2. Keep the whey, ditch the bars. I feel most bars are loaded with $h1t ingredients and fillers.3. Apparently, Jack3d is fine... but, I suggest mixing your own raws (mentioned this in other posts). It is cheaper, b/c you buy bulk. You get to control the ingredients and amounts (for tweaking). Zero filler. All win. The only downside is the $h1t taste some of those raws possess, but hey... they work!4. You might consider getting down in bf% a bit, closer to 12%, using CNS... then, switch over to CBL. I just find that fat loss is slow as f--k on CBL (I lose 2 lbs. in one month)... so, if you want to ditch some bf% quicker, you should CNS first (you'll lose 1-2 lbs. a week, while 100% maintaining your muscle). CBL, to me, is more about bulking or strength-gain... whereas CNS is more about cutting / contest prep. How much muscle do you possess currently (lean body weight)?Cory
