I have been real sore lately after my workouts. Since starting CBL (about 3 weeks ago) I have dropped BCAA's and glutamine. I was also taking beta alanine pre workout. Now, I am just taking leucine with my PWO shake. Granted, I have upped my weights a bit, not much, maybe 5-10 pounds on some lifts. Any advice or other safe supps to take to help with recovering quicker. When I was taking those other things I rarely, if ever, was sore the next day (even when lifting very heavy)Thanks!
