So you think it's good to go and a good source of MCT?

I reckon so yes, especially as they are forthcoming with the COA information, unlike ironscience I'm sorry to say!

Sounds good. I noticed the ironscience site had very little information regarding the MCT oil, hence why I avoided it.When I get paid I will purchase some of this stuff from amazon. Can't wait πŸ™‚

I'd purchase direct from their website – it's the same price and if you order Β£14 or more, you get free second class postage which makes the cost even less πŸ™‚http://www.enaissance.co.uk/acatalog/Coconut--Fractionated--liquid--229.html

That's strange, I've never had a problem with myprotein or bulkpowders. Could protein works be an option? They have a hydrolysate now..

Bb very cautious about MCT powder, everyone I've seen is cut with malto and has a 1:1 ratio of fat to carbs.

MyProtein list their's as zero carbs and ONLY containing MCT. I think they'd have to say if it contained malto, as they do with other products.
