I do an evening spin class (about 40 mins) once a week, followed by yoga. This is always after a day of weights, so during the day I rest, and the spin/yoga class is in the evening. What would be the best approach to pre/post nutrition for this? I've been taking about 15g protein, some MCT and caffeine. Is that OK? Not sure about afterwards, and if I should have some leucine/BCAA in there somewhere? I figured this should still be a ULC day, so won't backload, would that be correct? However, I will do weights the following day, so not sure if that means I SHOULD backload?
