Not sure if this has been discussed before, but the small tabs of Splenda (sold as 'Sweet Minis' in the UK) contain Leucine. WHY? The ingredients are listed as: 'Lactose (from Milk), Sweetener (Sucralose: 11%), Leucine'… I was also wondering why they need lactose in as well?! I'm guessing given the tiny size of the tabs the quantities here must be neglible and not enough to cause a insulin response, but it seems odd to me to have these ingredients in there in the first place! 😮

I have seen lactose added to other things too.  I couldn't tell you.
