ok so when you train heavy. do you just deplete the glycogen from the muscle you trained?or does a bit come from all over?also.when it comes to burning muscle, does the same thing happen? I mean, do you just burn away the one you are training at the time?assuming you are not eating enough
Muscle glycogen can only be used locally. The thing is though, most exercises use a lot of muscles, even ones you aren't aware of. This is especially true if most of your training consists of multi-joint, free weight exercises.
