Paleo then cbl (bulking bc I knew no better) for 2 months. You think thyroid huh... I don't even know where to start with that

Your physician should be able to determine your thyroid health / condition. The reason I asked about diet is b/c some people with zero success on CNS are metabolically-fucked ( the technical term  😉 ) by low-carb, yo-yo dieting previous to starting CNS.  Those who have the greatest success are typically coming in from a bulk or just regular eating patterns of the common man (which is like a dirty bulk). If it is just your metabolism, you will settle in eventually... but it might take time to adjust to CNS.  You might even find doing a stint on CBL DB, then switching over to CNS again might help.If it is your thyroid... well, I am not qualified to help with that.Cory

I was in the same boat, and i am about your size weight wise. what has worked for me at least over the last 2 weeks is NOT going crazy in CN. So basically it looks like 2 regular meals with a dessert. I am down 3 pounds in 2 weeks with this tweak, where i had a plateau for about 6-7 weeks

@Dr. 2 regular meals + desert. How do you time/space those?

I was thinking my craziness on carb nites might have been the culprit (secretly, hoping it wasn’t).  I think i am going to get my thyroid checked (just to check the levels) and then lower the carbs on my carb nites.  Thanks for suggestion and I am also interest how you space the meals on the CN?

Every 2-3 hours, like a standard bodybuilding diet / sports style diet.  That is the span of time I need, as do most, to digest the previous meal, and make room for a new meal.Cory

Yeah, i feel like i am nailing the ulc days but i think i am overeating on the carb nites.  this sat i am going to try to space out the eating a little and check that.

For example this last saturday i was traveling back home and stuck in an airport, so although food choices were not optimal, this is what it looked like:4pm: popeyes 5 piece chicken strips with french fries and 1 slice pecan pie, and some peanut m & m's7pm: beef skewers with some pita bread, 2 scoops of ice cream at baskin robbins and some white chocolate covered pretzels
