Hey guys, my progress is starting to stall, I went from taking my carb nites from 7-10 days, but I do not want to take it to 14 days…………that's just ridiculous to me. Should I try and up my intake of fat possibly……..I already put butter or ghee on everything. Im only able to eat 3 times a day because I ALWAYS feel bloated after a meal...........is this feeling normal, even though it is protein and fats. Very rarely do I eat 4 meals a day. Hell last nite I only got in 2 meals and did not feel like eating anymore. Is this normal? Also I have read a little bit about digestive enzymes............any thoughts, will it help with digestion.

Hey Tex, Training, powerlifting......westside conjugate method 4 times a week +2 smaller workouts in order to increase work capacity and GPPMeals, I dont have every meal this week but for example yesterday:I slice of pizza (was starving adfter trainnig, was about 1230pm)8oz Bison meat cooked in 1 tbs ghee, 6 slices of bacon and 1 tsp butter on top of steak1 italian meat and cheese roll............proscuitto and mozzeralla 5 slices average like 3 oz)Today: 12 chicken wings at like 1230pm and its 4 now and Im not that hungry.See the thing is this is not really typical, I ve been really good at eating mainly steaks, burgers, pepperoni, salami, butter, ghee, coconut oil, MCT Oil, chorizo or sausages (sparingly), eggs (doused in butter). But where Im getting frustrated is that although I notice changes in body comp............my weight really is not going anywhere fast, like 1lb a week............that to me IS NOT rapid weight loss. I usually get in three meals but after the third meal which usually takes place after 6-7pm........Im bloated to the point of where I do not want to eat much more, it also happens sometime during the day.......Im confused. But the hwole thing is to eat when hungry, if Im not hungry then I dont eat because doing that got me nowhere.  HELP!

Hey Tex, Training, powerlifting......westside conjugate method 4 times a week +2 smaller workouts in order to increase work capacity and GPPCould be doing too much training for CNS.Meals, I dont have every meal this week but for example yesterday:I slice of pizza (was starving after trainnig, was about 1230pm)Was this apart of a Carb Nite? Pizza is definitely not a good choice for being ULC.8oz Bison meat cooked in 1 tbs ghee, 6 slices of bacon and 1 tsp butter on top of steak1 italian meat and cheese roll............proscuitto and mozzeralla 5 slices average like 3 oz)Cheese could be a factor of why you're stalling. The dairy could be an inflammation factor.Today: 12 chicken wings at like 1230pm and its 4 now and Im not that hungry. Are these breaded or plain? Also if they're cooked with some kind of sauce it could contain trace carbs.See the thing is this is not really typical, I ve been really good at eating mainly steaks, burgers, pepperoni, salami, butter, ghee, coconut oil, MCT Oil, chorizo or sausages (sparingly), eggs (doused in butter). But where Im getting frustrated is that although I notice changes in body comp............my weight really is not going anywhere fast, like 1lb a week............that to me IS NOT rapid weight loss. That's not really stalling, you're being impatient more than anything. Stalling would be not losing any weight or having any good changes in body composition. CNS is not a weight loss protocol, it's rather a fat loss protocol. Do you eat your body weight in protein grams matched with fat at least daily? Minimum should .8 per body weight.

Ok cool, will cut out cheese (that sux)…………..and get the wings unsauced next time (if I get them). Also I'll try to be more patient, I just have a goal and want to achieve it………Ive got 8 weeks left and need to drop ATLEAST 10 lbs. Also since you said pizza aint a good carb source, I know I should not be having that early in the day on a NON-Carb Nite, so that's just my weak moment. As for carb sources, should I go towards cleaner routes and minimze the fat during carb nites, or on those days it doesn't make a big difference. Lou
