Yes, that pic is my before pic. I have been working out for many years, and got bored with the body building style of training. I have since started the Wendlers 5/3/1 along with CBL DB at the same time. I expect to get thicker, and lose some symmetry but am more into power lifting right now.I will keep you guys posted on my results, but there is no way I am 10% right there. I recall taking my BF with that machine you grip with either hand, and hold it straight out infront of you, it was between 13-14%. This pic below I was close to 10% but at 180lbs
