I am going to be transitioning from CBL to the CNS. I have just a few questions:Should I follow a 1:1 grams of protein, grams of fat ratio?Should I be avoiding breakfast like on CBL?What training plans are ideal for the CNS?Thanks
1:1 is great if youre training consistantly, yes to skipping breakfast, and alot of ppl use 5/3/1 and SW.. I personally use my own push/pull routine with great successon CN

It's a debated topic but either have coffee with oil from 12 hours from your last meal or you can have an ULC Whole Food Meal. What training plans are ideal for the CNS? Varies from person to person, Push/Legs/Pull, 5/3/1, SW, SS, or 5x5Thanks
