I have no Idea what you are talking about. Why are you trying to find hazelnut meal? just eat meat/fish/eggs/bacon cooked in bacon fat.

The book's out of date. You need to be living off meat and animal fat for 10 days. Bacon, pork sausages, grass fed beef, butter, whipping cream are your staples. Limit eggs and always consume them with fat

I think you just listed my entire fridge for the last month! To keep it simple that's pretty much all I ate.

I am new to this too..but am going on my 3rd week and am learning that the others are giving you the best advice to keep your diet as simple as possible. Also, if you stay within those simple guidelines, I SWEAR to you that you will not be hungry.  I am a 38 year old woman and I have tried every diet under the sun and have failed miserably because all I can think about is what I can't have (the sugar I desperately want)....this is the FIRST eating plan in my entire life, I am NEVER hungry and consciously have to FORCE myself to eat something, because it will not work if you UNDEREAT.  Even on Carb Nite, there are things through the week I think "oh, I will have that on Carb Nite" and then it rolls around and I am not even interested in eating the ice cream or cheesecake...but I choke it down! ;DThis plan will work...you may need to modify as you go along as to what works for your body, but it will work!

Tell me about it. I hate having to make my insulin spike last 4-6 hours.
