Reading the book helps. I'm not being a smart, I'm being serious, reading the book will give you details of how much your body can possible store in your glycogen stores, how much protein to take, and fat. What the shake looks like, etc. Also even some of the recent podcasts, Kiefer goes over macros for carbs and proteins. Fats range.
