I've got a thought for ya'll and I hope all the DH studs can chime in on this one (you all know who you are!).So recently I've stepped up my digestive game and added in some Betaine HCL on top of digestive enzymes, kim chi, etc. to make sure I'm getting the most out of my food. I don't really have any issues with digestion (to my knowledge) and I don't use all these items in everymeal, but lately it seems like my digestive system is working very well. I find that when I'm in bed at night, my stomach makes lots of noises like it's "working hard" and more efficiently.Does anyone have similar experiences or perhaps it's just coincidence? Either way, feels good!
