Been discussed regarding whey for shakes, but keep it PWO. And not sure the type you're taking but I've never seen one with sugar alcohols.
yea, I read many discussions on PWO shakes, just no one ever mentioned sugar alcohol. The back says :protein blend, dutch processes cocoa powder, natural and artificial flavors, soy lecithin, salt, acesulfame-k, sucroloseTotal carb is 1g per scoop. I'm just not sure if it's safe or not so I only have it once a week PWO and that is before CN.
