    Below is a great suggestion from another thread… but can anyone recommend a solid, specific list of ingredients for fat loss?

    The ingredients are sound, for the most part.The big issue is the dosages of each.  Clearly Caffiene is the primary ingredient, so the most heavily dosed, but that is the problem w/ proprietaries... they hide under-dosages.Glad you got it on sale.  For future reference, definitely buy the raws in bulk:http://www.nutraplanet.com/http://supplementdirect.com/Cory

    Well, that is the most standard one, and still one of the best. Green Tea Extract boosts the efficiency of ephedrine a lot, so I would add 400mg GTE to that.

    Yohimbine HCL + Caffiene + Acetyl-L-Carnitine...for males, perhaps add Forslean (a trademarked Coleus Forskohlii extract).  Studies show it working for male subjects, but there aren't any studies on females (I could find).Cory

    EC would currently be my go to.Yohimbine HCL is great as well.I'm currently playing around with nicotine gum.

    Just please don't take Ephedrine and Yohimbine together, that is really heavy on the heart.

    Good list, add some Green Tea Extract to that and that should be it.

    be sure to get it in capsule form if possible... i have about 100grams of the powder and it is seriously unpalatable.

    Er… yeah. Just thought I would add here that too much ephedrine or too much caffeine at any one time can kill you. I take both, but just make sure you start low and you know what you're doing. It ain't candy 😉

    You would need quite a lot to kill you instantly. But your advice is right, I would start with 12.5mg plus 200mg caffeine, then raise the ephedrine to 25mg and 2-3 times per day. In Europe, Ephedrine was sold in 50mg tablets, and you should take 2-3 per day (not that I recommend that). The problem that I see with them is rather the constant stress on your heart if you take ephedrine for too long.
