NickBKeymasterHi there y'all!After like a week of reading the blog and forums and watching a ton of DH video's, the time has come to introduce myself.I'm Nick, 23, live in the Netherlands. Nice to meet you πFor the last few weeks (8.) I've followed a standard paleo diet with the last few (2) being mostly bulletproof (bulletproofexec.com) β what got me there was the constant energy shifts and need for a "sugar rush" every couple of hours.I wanted to have more consistant energy and decided I wanted to add a little muscle and see my abs.The thing is. While my energy levels and physique (-8kg mostly fat going by pictures and feeling) all improved β I've got the feeling that I might end up being an overly cautious, paranoid cavemen. Me no like. (I'd like to let my inner sweet-tooth take over every now and then without feeling guilty etc.)When I stumbled on DH I figured it would make sense to find some kind of balance (like I see a lot of folks are doing).My current stats:Length: 1.94mWeight: 71kgBF%: ~14,5% (I used a lot of tools and calculations and it seems to be around this point, I know it's sloppy, I should probably get some equipment).I track my macro's using myfitnesspall and it's usually about: 60-70% healthy fats. 25-30% protein. <5% carbs (always under 30grams). Since last week I started eating a little more than before with total calories being around 3000.My first two abs are starting to show a little. I exercised during my first few paleo weeks, than I dropped it. (Apart from daily dog walking and some soccer).I'm curious to find out what I can reach using a few simple "hacks" like bulletproof fasting, mTor stacking (caffeine and IF) combined with carbnite.I'm just looking to connect the dots and see where it can take me. I'm in no rush. And if I'm not happy, I can always start CBL later!My goals:* Get my abs to show.* Add some lean muscle. (I know "some" insn't really concrete. I'm sorry, I guess I would just like to look a little less on the skinny side)* Keep my energy consistent * Not feeling paranoid over everything I eat (gief stroopwaffles <3!)My apologies beforehand if it all seems like rambling and doesn't make any sense!I'd be happy with any advice you have and look forward to chatting with ya on the forums πβNick

FairyGuestHi Nick πCool. I'm also Bulletproof π I don't get paranoid about what I eat, I just like to make informed choices. I mainly eat at home and get most of my food delivered from local farms.

NickBGuestHi Fairy β cool!I have kind of the same thing,Β though I sometimes notice myself going like:*Someone picks up the black pepper*"Do you know that stuff is full of mycotoxins?!"I guess it just takes a little time and figuring out what works best for your own unique situation. I'd like to enjoy it a little more π
