I'm also on a shoestring budget, and I'm concerned about which supplements I should invest in to get started until I can afford the full range of recommended supplements Kiefer recommends in CBL. I know that PWO nutrition is extremely important, so whey protein isolate and creatine are high up on my list. Apart from those two, what else is most important?I'm a beginner at weight training, so I'm going into this whole paradigm pretty cold.
