I have been following CBL for quite awhile now, and I backloaded every night, even on off days (I'm the skinny type and I tried to bulk).Now I'm getting somewhat muscular so I'm thinking about no longer backloading on offdays, to get a little leaner, but then should I still take a shake of Leucine/Creatine with my no-carb dinner?I know Leucine will probably spike my insulin, and I have been told to take Creatine with carbs, so I don't really know what to think there.And not taking Leucine and Creatine on offdays sounds kinda meh.Thank you for your input.
