Can people suggest the best quality supps – WPI, Casein, Leucine, Creatine – that fit in with CBL that I can purchase in Australia? I am 26, female and in the SA phase..  🙂

I would use anything that is NZ sourced as the cows there eat grass year round where as our Aussie cows eat somewhere around 80-90% grass.I have used a site called professional whey and also venom protein. Am enjoying some caramel WPC from Venom as I type this. Google them, fast delivery for both. Venom is a little cheaper. As for cheapest non protein supplements I usually find ebay AU has the best prices. I sell some for cheap on there myself.

I'll echo earlyriser, I use professional whey for lots of raw materials to make my shakes. They are a little expensive but very high quality. Will have to look at venom.as for other general supps like fish-oil etc I use iHerb and bodybuilding.com, the shipping prices on both are great which is usually the killer and probably more reliable/faster then anything in AU.coles is best for dextrose about $3 a kg.cheers

Thanks!! I currently use the Professional Whey NZ WPC, but was hoping to move across to WPI and Professional Whey currently don't have NZ WPI available (or they didn't last time I looked)!! What about Casein brands?

They only have natural NZ WPI. I have been using the Elite 3.0 blend + Hydrolysed WPI in my PWO shakes. Seems to work well and its nice with a load of dextrose + Organic Cacao Powder 🙂 the Organic Vanilla Powder was a big disappointment. Its all part of the ongoing experiment!

THANKS!! I will look at getting that tomorrow.. Do you use any extra leucine or just what is in the Elite 3.0? Do you use creatine as well? I have organic cacao powder in my pantry at the moment!!

yes to both. ~1tsp of leucine and 2-3tsp of creatine in the PWO shake. I stick pretty close to the prescription in the book. The main exception is the caffeine, I don't always have it and if I do then I'll throw down a 200mg pill 1 hour before my workout with water and leave it at that. PWO 200mg caffeine wires me up to much 🙂I use the leucine from pro whey and if your doing an order then their creatine looks good also.

Just wondering if anyone else has any other suggestion that are along the lines of professional whey or venom? I contacted venom re a couple of things and got possibly the rudest response to two simple questions. So dont want to go to them.Really keen on getting a WPI from NZ given the no grains diet the cows have and as I have a very low tolorance this was the one thing holding me back from getting a WPI as even steak from cows that have eaten grain can make me sick. Super frustrating! Thanks in advamce!

Do you mind passing on what was asked and said? I use them so if your problem related to their product then I would really like to know. Thanks

ASN are a good company too with their own range of supplements. They have just asked to sponsor me too so this is a little biased. Honestly though I primarily use bulknutrients when I purchase supps.I can honestly say though that ASN has good customer service and a good range
