Sushi??

    Is Sushi a good choice on carbnite?Also is Sushimi a good choice on ULC?Thanks

    I would go more with sushi because of the carbs from the rice, but if you just go with sashimi then make sure you have something carby with it. 🙂 eat up! I love sushi on carb nite, but I'm a rice addict.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    One of our main goto's. We have a fun little revolving sushi bar across the street from our gym and every week we show up stinky and wet after our CN workout and hit the rolls. Now I'm hungry!!

    I ate sushi just about every CN when I did it. Now on CBL I eat sushi at least twice a week. Love that stuff

    I make it! So of course its okay! Sushi rice is amazing, even more as a roll.
