    Hi all,

Been on CNS for ~4 months now, to get back into shape. I’ve always plateaued at around the same weight 185~189lbs at ~14%BF regardless of the diet that I’m on, and I’ve plateaued again, at ~188/14%. When I started CNS, my activity level was fairly low, lifting maybe once or twice a week with little to no cardio.

Now I bike ride for about an hour 4~5 days a week (longer sometimes on the weekends), as well as lifting 2~3 times a week. On days that are further away from my last carb nite, I seem to feel fairly low energy and not hitting my lifting numbers. I’m thinking maybe I need to switch to CBL? If so, is there a way to modify CBL to lift at about 10:30~11am?

It doesn’t really matter when you lift. Backloads are the same and at the same time – at night, usually the evening post training.

The eyes can't see what the mind doesn't understand.
