switching from cns to cbl

    what steps do i take whats different? ik you backload on days of training and eat just fat and protein on days off.. but my last carb nite was this past friday ... ima squat tomorrow can i have more carbs? or should i do another prep phase?

    I would pick up the book. It has all of this information and you can get into the juicy forum.

    The only way you'll have the appropriate resources is by getting the book…I don't think you'll get too far trying to get everyone to tell you everything. It only comes in ebook format and it's worth it if you want to do CBL correctly.Otherwise you certainly could do tons of searches and you will eventually piece it all together.

    isnt there just an eversion?  i have the cns book…  idk ive seen no differents on cns i mean ive only had 2 carb nites… but ive seen no after glow… or nothing.. id lose a few lbs after the couple days of hiit after my carb nite…. but then i just even back out to 258… weight # doesnt bother me idc bout the number… but along with that im not seein any results either…..

    Sorry to troll and bring this back up….but this dude is over on the FB groups page starting trouble. Asking the same questions. Eating 4000 calories a day and wondering why he isn't losing weight
