I heard about this from a friend who's in much better shape than I am. I'm deciding to give it a try. From what I can tell, I just need to skip breakfast and have a light low carb lunch. Then, train in the evening and eat carbs. A couple quick questions.What would be a good amount of carbs to get to. It still seems to me like 300 is a lot, I was thinking of trying to get to 100 maybe. Would that be bad to not get that high? Also, am I supposed to eat carbs on the days I workout, or the days before I workout? Thanks
