So im a power-lifter currently doing west-side methods. I had knee surgery a while back so im pretty much on a west-side bench routine with doing accessories. I recover pretty fast since im not pulling or squatting right now. I think im going to do carb night, really trying to lose some fat here. My question in, if im doing bench monday and friday could i maybe do Shock wave on certain body parts like back for accessories. Wondering if it would be over-training or not.

You'll be fine.  Shockwave is very tame.
