se7hKeymasterHey guys, did anyone of you try to repeat the swp1.4 cycle already on the "planned" second off day, which is sunday ? I come from a high performance training setup where I would do upper and lower body pressing more than 5x a week and having practically no off day for almost 2 years now, so this something new, but I trained my work capacity to a degree that I can safely say, two consecutive off days are not needed.I also have to admit, that I get all fucked up in my mind when I try to carb backlaod on a day that was not really productive in the weight-lifting sense of the word 😀what about u guys?

Richard SchmittModeratorI would follow the said routine as followed. Also CBL with SW is an “ok” program but it is much better with CNS. Also listen to the Joel Jameson podcast on soundcloud.com about training. Having the “mind-set” of constantly working out with a lot of volume is not always the best route. Just a pro tip

mda1125GuestI've been using the SWP with CBL for a little over a month. At this point, I've decided to taper off the backloading on days I do not train (or train hard). So followed to the letter, it would be Wednesday I'd do a half backload, Saturday there is no backload and Sunday I'd do a half backload for Monday.Monday = fullTuesday = fullThursday = fullFriday = fullI'm Density Bulking and am doing GREAT (but have been 'freaked' out by the small amount of fat. Given I seem to gain weight easily on this CBL system, I see no reason to load on days I do not train or backload full force on days like Abs when it just isn't the same as a Leg day. This tweaks are my own given my situation, level of comfort and observations.
