    For the psr part of the workout with the ELECT reps, do you go to failure? I.e. on the 5th set of three reps, if I can do more, do I add weight and do another 3 reps and repeat until I can't do anymore? Or is it best to set weights so that on my 5th set, I can't do more than 3 reps?

    I always have my 5th set to be between 80-90% of my max based on how I feel that day.
