    Ok! I like the feedback ibob. I really appreciate the help. So maybe 80 in the morning? I thought I needed to keep fats low sine I'm reintroducing carbs back into the diet for my energy source! Fat loss is my primary goal but adding some muscle is also on my radar!

    The fat won't be as high as when you are ULC, but it won't be too much different.  80 g in the morning would likely be fine.Remember don't be afraid to troubleshoot.  If it's not working, try something else.

    Thanks for the advice.  Yeah from what i hear CBL is like a mind game, and it takes a little bit to fine tune it.But boy when you do, its GAME ON!Alrighty, well 45 minutes later and $100 bucks on groceries i am stocked to the brim with food for the next couple weeks (hopefully)Now on to TN.com to place my supplement order!!!!! YAYYYYYY

    CBL and Legos….one block at a time, and once finished it becomes a masterpiece. Then maintaining the work of art as well as fine tuning it. Looking forward to your progress Rob!

    You could start backloading tonight, and make Saturday your beginning backloading experience instead of a CN.

    Wow last night was magical! Yeah i know that sounds weird but so does carbs on a night other than carb nite!I kept myself in check without over doing it!My overall macros for the day were:67g Fat205g Carbs177g Proteini woke up with a fierce hurnger this morning!Down goes some coffee with HWC!I dont feel bloated, i dont feel awful, I FEEL GOOD!HELL YEAH!
