Penny DannerParticipant2 pills a day…..and I've read it doesn't matter about the rest but that taking at least 1 with CS if you have it that day is good.

Rob HaasGuestIodineMagnesium CitrateZincSeleniumWatermelon Fruit Extract ResveratrolL TyrosineL CarnatineI notice the Selenium is 429% of RDA and am wondering what the toxicity of it is? And, since it is available in foods and have read from Dr. Jamina's book to be careful supplementing it.

Scope75GuestEverything about T3 is underdosed. If it was dosed correctly it would be a killer supp.

They actually JUST put out a podcast on this, and I'm already taking Z-Ma, and Carnatine. Selenium and L Tyrosine is in my protein powder and PWO BCAA/EAA blend, so I'm more curious about just taking the resveratrol for the mitochondrial (sp?) benefits. I'm curious what's up with the watermelon fruit extract, thats a new supplement to me. My mother has a degree in Naturopathic Medicine, so I'll be grilling her on it tonight. hahaha.

Rob HaasGuestGreat! Interested in hearing her reply. I have heard good things about resveratrol and have taken it off and on.Like you, I already take most of what's in it.

After a bit of research I have found that it's a rich source of vitamin C and citrulline "which may increase the body’s production of nitric oxide (NO)."Source: Dr. Crislers site, http://www.allthingsmale.com/community/

John LaPlaca JrMemberIs your only option to order it after you order Carb Shock? I should have bought some for my wife yesterday but wanted to wait until pay day this Friday.
