I got this from Dan John's book ” Never Let Go” awesome book in general but this is a doozyBarbell/ KB front squats for your exercise in Tabata style, so 20sec work 10sec rest for 8 rounds=4mins total.Use a weight that you can complete at least 10 reps in 20secs withENJOY 😮
Good luck! There is some quote to the effect of “if you correctly perform Tabata you will never willingly do one again”. I get nauseous even thinking about them. BTW for all, this book is free if you have an Amazon Kindle.
Dear God, I went through a 'phase' of doing Tabata workouts about once or even twice a week a couple of years ago. I too feel nauseous when thinking of them. Horrible. I used to do mountain climbers and sometimes just all out sprinting in the park. Ugh. Life is, funnily enough, waaay too short for Tabatas.
