I saw a video a while ago where keifer said to break through a plateau to take protein down to 30 or 40g and up the fat using mostly animals fats.. what foods would I have to eat in order to keep protein that low?

Any that is portioned controlled. Use a scale to measure it out and track those macros.

It's easier to track your percentages, a standard ketogenic diet is 35% protein and 65% fat. Take your protein down to 20% and see what happens.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sorry to jump in, but wouldn't someone literally have to “eat” fish oil, HWC etc. to achieve this? Almost all other sources I can think of (cheese, bacon, walnuts etc.) have protein that would surely put someone past 30-40g…
