Name: Damian OsgoodAge: 29Height: 5'2"5x World Bench Press Champion1x World Deadlift Champion 5 World Bench Press RecordsYoungest person to Bench over 600lbs under 200lbs. 605@178 - 23 y/o.Goals: * Fit into 28x30 Pants (29x30 Now)* 19+" Arms (18 3/8" Now)* Have Abs ALL THE TIME!* Over All Better Health* Step on the Stage and Compete in a Bodybuilding Show. Im a Doer not a Dreamer! I've alway's set my goals/standards high and made sure I give it everything I have to make them happen. In October 2011 I suffered a serious shoulder injury leaving my left arm mostly disabled. Over the next year I became very over weight (194lbs). I thought to myself if I'm not able to be Big and Strong doesn't mean I can't still be Lean and Mean! So as of December 2012 I set out to make those goals come true. I started eating 5 meals a day and doing 5-6 days of cardio a week. I've had some great progress so far and I'm determined to continue doing so! I came across CBL the last week and decided I'd give it a shot!

That is some serious work in a short period of time. Especially with your shoulder injury. But judging from your track record, you know how to get shit done. Welcome aboard, man, it's awesome to have you here.Just out of curiosity -- how did you go about maintaining so much muscle mass while leaning out even with the bum shoulder?

Holy crap dude, welcome aboard. You'll definitely find some good information here, though I think you're gonna get a ton of questions with achievements like that.

The first 2 months I did nothing but cardio and diet, Im not joking when I say this... My arms Grow an Inch! I used to have 19" arms and 55" Shoulders at 178lbs. So Muscle Memory really kicked in once I got my body going in the right Direction again! As of now im able to do some pressing motions and pulling movements, having a hard time doing anything cross body. My training is very Different from what im used to, Im doing light weight (have to bc of shoulder) and im focusing on contraction! And its working!!! I look forward to Seeing how the CBL Diet changes my Body!! Really want to lose another 5-7% body fat! and from there decide if I should do a BBing Show or not! Thanks for all the Posts!! I might start a log so that way I can get tips on things I may be doing wrong!

You really should start a log. Several other guys here compete and do great with CBL. You'll get ahead a lot faster with their advice.
