Okay so I did the full 10 days, plus 3 days went through a lot of mental lethargy and a lot of bowel issues. Then I did a carb day and felt great. Although it turned into 5 days due to birthday partys and events. I was 189, got down to 178, but the odd thing is I still feel a lot leaner even though I messed up. But know that I know it works, I will do another 10 day prep but add HITT and kettlebells along Shockwave Protocol. Also, I will add creatine and leucine into the mix, that way I do everything right. Any advice or words of motivation always welcome, will post pics within 28 days.
