steve_76MemberHey, anyone have advice on brining t-levels up? If I need to to optimize my muscle growth... my bloodwork came back with a 21.7nmol/L, which is slightly below average for my 28 years male frame. I'm going to ask the doc his opinion, but I also wanted to ask my fellow swole-seeking peoples.Bio-identical? Synthetic? Creams?Sources (trustworthy online pharmacies, etc.)?Thanks y'all.
You ever take 1500mg/tribulus per day? that usually fixes me right up.As far as creams and stuff go, even if you do get it from the doc it's going to provide minimal results. If you have a prescription, there are a ton of online pharmacies that will fulfill your order. Just gotta do some google-ing - Personally, the if your going to do it, i'd go for HRT/TRT - @100-150mg shot of test + HCG you should be feeling pretty damn good. A lot of ppl see problems with this but fuck them anyway... you will feel great. I know people who stopped taking all sorts of anti-depressants and stuff after going this route. Low-T sucks!
I use tribulus every now and then. It's one of the better supplements that I've used. I live in the UK and get it from MYPROTEIN. Also Nitric Oxide is great, but there are a lot of crap products out there that tell you to take it in the day and give you dosages that are so low that it won't work. For NO to work you must take it at night on an empty stomach and you need about 8-12g. I got mine from Ultimate nutrition. You can also get Tribulus there.

I would say Nitric Oxide is more like viagra as it's main ingredient L-Arginine is in it. As far as Tribulus there hasn't been any study to confirm that it definitely boots T. However this is the same for many supplements. I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure that if your libido suddenly increases it's probably to do with hormone levels. I have noticed this with both supplements, but more so with NO. I have also experienced gains in size and strength.

steve_76MemberNo of course it won't be the same as injecting T. This is a natural supplement. No one is expecting to get the same gains as being on a course of T or any sort of anabolic steroid. The original post was asking for advise on helping to boost testosterone levels. I am not recommending the use of drugs, but if anyone does that and is happy then fair enough. I just prefer to look for legal supplements to give me a bit of a boost every now, and then. Do I expect to look like someone on roids?….no.

Maybe you didn't notice any difference because you have high testosterone levels already. I'm 37 and I started cycling with different T-Boosters a few years ago. I notice the difference every time with the gains I make. What I've noticed with supplements, since I started taking them when I was 16, is that what works for one doesn't work for the next. It's trial and error. I just stick to what works for me. Every now and then I try something new. If it works I use it again.

If your 37 and have symptoms of low T and your not planning on having any kids then TRT could benefit you greatly btw

im on trt now and thats what i believe too. As long as you take HCG low doses together with trt. Some doctors i visited though told me otherwise without providing information though.

yeah the HCG is supposed to prevent you from suppressing your natural T - so you get a BOOST from the test shot, rather than completely dimish your natty levels and rely soley on the Test shot. Some doctors say that taking HCG longer than 6-8 weeks straight reduces LH sensitivity and can fuck you up long term though. That's def something to consider.... Do your research - their are a lot of things you can do before you should be using the sauce honestly.
