You're right, (and they were actually given way more than 1 mg if I read that right), but I am interested in the human studies regarding transgenerational effects of nicotine. Of course, if Kurzweil has his way, then we might not even have the urge to pro-create in 30 years...

guitarjonParticipantI tried 1mg this morning, I think it screwed with my head a bit for a few minutes, but I didn't notice much else. It didn't taste wonderful and I got that tingly peppery feeling in my mouth.

It wasn't overwhelming or anything, just definitely noticeable. What kind of gum are you using? I've got the original flavor Nicorette. I have 4mg pieces that I'm just quartering for the moment.

Nicorette original 2mg pieces. i Chew (15 or so chews, then slip it into the gums) them whole.Although Ive notice I have a good tolerance for stims.

Demetrius SarigiannisParticipantAnyone else using Nicotine lozenges? I found a brand that doesn't contain Ace-K, Walgreens Mint flavor. Just started using the 2 mg ones. My plan at first, is to only use them in the mornings of the days I train. Since I only train 3 times a week at around 5 PM each time. For me, this usually means that the previous evenings meal is pretty low carb (eg: salad with evoo, feta cheese, salmon, followed by an apple and some 86% dark chocolate for a snack) and I do a carb load after training. This morning, I started with a 16 oz cup of strong coffee, then pop in the mint around 9 AM. I can definitely feel a bit of a brain buzz, even though I'm used to lots of coffee in the morning. This is only day 2 of nicotine for me.

I am not sure why that is - just trying to distill the article down. I would guess that Kiefer had the Density Bulkers in mind and didn't want to sabotage those gains.

guitarjonParticipantI used a 1 mg piece pre-workout last night but, being that I've only done that once so far, I haven't noticed any change to speak of.
