    anybody do CBL or CNS while using “the good shit?”  (as mark bell calls it)  looking for user-experiences with gear in combination with CBL/CNS diet.

    I have zero experience with that stuff, but I have to assume that once you're using it diet becomes less important. However, if you take the best diet (CBL) and add in the good stuff, then it can only be better.In other words I see no way that using it would make the diet less effective. Performance diet+Performance enhancers= Super PowersThere are tons of places to get insights from people using all kinds of things (surprsingly there are tons of people on reddit)

    i'm not looking to enhance the diet itself.  it has worked great for me naturally 🙂 I know a lot of the Rules get thrown out the door when you use certain anabolic compounds.  For instance where you would normally hold off on Carbs until PWO between 3-5pm - would that apply to a person using performance enhancers?  would it be better to eat carbs all day??  i believe protein synthesis is also greatly increased.reddit... i'll check that out

    Haven't, but if I were to, it would be with something with less water-retention side-effects... like the original Tren.  It works quite well on "cutting" phases, and can even add mass on a calorie defecit.I'd stear clear of liver-f*cking stuff like Superdrol or Methyl 1-Test, which also bloats you up like the Michelin Man.However, any way you'd swing it... you'd need to jump-start your balls afterwards w/ PCT.  The higher fats in these diets would make doses easier, though... as these hormones, and pro-hormones, tend to be fat-soluable... and fat helps raise hormone levels, as well.Cory

    That was my original train of thought. I think dbol for instance gets a bad wrap for bloat... but  without going overboard on the carbs, while increasing the fat (which 90% of ppl completely avoid) i want to believe you would be able to actually build some decent mass. Plus A-dex to keep water retention minimal... Well i have a feeling i will be making a log on DH in the next few weeks  LMAO+1 on the tren.  I did Prop/Tren Ace last year... gained about 10 solid pounds on only 150mg/wk for 10weeks.  Bench went from 300 for reps to 385 for reps - everything grew, didn't lose it afterwards either.  great stuff!

    Well i am going to start up soon for multiple reasons… mainly because i am maxing out my frame naturally and to be in good competitive standing i'll need to be about 25 pounds heavier at least…. I need some LBW and not fat though.Most ppl do 50/mg day of D - but i'm going to be around 30mg workout days only, plus liver support (liv.52 etc.,). I am a fan of 10 week cycles too... i see people going like 16/20 weeks and they are outta there damn mind... unless its Var, which is pretty mild.

    Liv.52 is an amazing product, as herbals go.Yeah, there are some jack@$$es who stay on cycle for nearly a year -- welcome to shutdown, pre-mature aging, balding, liver and kidney damage, bad cholesterol, etc.  Better to play it safe with dosages, and run shorter cycles.  The guys from the golden era in the 70s ran low dose, and didn't stay on for more than 2 months (tops) -- Arnold was a good example of this.Then, there are those who drink while on the sh!t.  When I was on cycle, in the past, I steered clear of alcohol 100%, not even a sip.  Your liver is already taking some solid abuse, way to make it work overtime.
