I have being down cbl for a while now and am tweaking it to see what works best for me. I am 6'3 and 225lbs,I do 4 lifting sessions a week and 1/2 sprint sessions a week. last night I loaded with my most on any night with 175 grams carbs, weighed myself before bed and was 227lbs and woke up 222lbs! 5 lbs lost after a carb feed. And leaner looking.On none traing days I'll rarely have any carbs. Probably wouldn't hit 600 grams a week. I feel I need to eat carbs just to keep weight around the 225lb mark.I probably need to eat more carbs daily, but Is it normal to lose weight after a carb feed?
